Above is a short video of our 9am Bootcamp class. Bootcamp coach Regan Andersen provides his clients with a fun/fast way to burn calories (lose unwanted fat). This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style of training also allows clients to maintain muscle, build strength and increase cardio. The class is programmed and designed so that anybody at any fitness level can join and get a great workout.
